TERMS OF SERVICE
Commissions will take up to 1-2 months to finish, if you need it by a deadline there will be an increase in the base price.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service that is subject to change without warning. Requesting to commission means that you have read and understood the Terms of Service. By commissioning you agree that the commission is personal use only and may not be used for unauthorized commercial use unless otherwise stated.
GENERAL
I retain the rights to the finished product.
You may edit your commission anyway you please for headers, banners, profile pictures etc.
You may repost the artwork on any platform as long as it is credited and/or includes the watermark.
Commissions and/or Commission WIPs will be posted to my socials.
If you request to be anonymous due to privacy reasons let me know beforehand.
I do not do NFTs and my work may not be minted for NFT use.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted through PayPal and Cash App.
I will not start your commission until payment is paid in full upfront.
No holds, however you can be placed on a waitlist if preferred.
Descriptions and details should be provided to me before payment is sent, this is to determine the exact cost and any additional fees.
REFUNDS
I will give full refunds when requested if no work has been completed. This means the sketch or any process involving the commission has not been worked on.
If you requested for a refund after a sketch has been done, part of the refund will be issued to you.
